Who is Marc Magliano?

Marc Magliano is a 30 year veteran of technology with an emphasis on Channel Sales and Marketing. Going back to 1992 when he started as a Product Manager with Tech Data, his passion has been working with companies who are committed to leveraging the channel for exponential growth. Over the course of several years Marc has been recognized by CRN 2x as a Channel Chief and 4x for building Channel Partner Programs.  His contributions to industry mega-leaders such as Tech Data, Computer City (Tandy Corp), Netgear, and Vtech are equally match by his leadership at Ipswitch, and Grandstream where he presided over sales and marketing teams during times of great growth.  Marc has also been credited with helping companies like PNY/HP, TP-Link, SanDisk and many others enter into the channel or simply grown revenues in excess of 5x.  As he often likes to say, you cut him he bleeds channel.  You will be hard-pressed to work with anyone more passionate about channel sales and marketing.  "He is one of the most astute technology channels management professionals I know; a consummate working professional, and a great guy to have on the team".

I developed a comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing strategies, which involved driving significant revenue growth across various channels. This experience has equipped me with sales techniques and the ability to formulate effective sales plans that are essential to the health of any channel and provides the blueprint for success.

In addition to sales, my previous roles demanded strategic business planning, where I managed budgets, set targets, implemented KPI’s, forecasted market trends.  In several cases, I provided this guidance directly to the Board of Directors. This experience has given me the ability to create realistic and strategically sound business plans, a skill that is vital for designing and implementing sales strategies. Furthermore, I cultivated strong business development skills, establishing partnerships and expanding channels, which were crucial for identifying new opportunities and driving a company's growth in this role.
